She explores the relationship between psychology and space, considering how light, colour, texture, layout, and environment influence the way people feel, behave, and perform.

As CEO, she leads the firm's strategic and creative direction, championing environments that are not only visually considered, but purposeful and psychologically supportive. Her approach reflects a central belief at Inside Out: meaningful design should go beyond how a space looks to consider how it makes people feel, function, and thrive. 

Eng. Noora Bucheeri

Co-Founder & General Manager | Architect

Noora brings over 11 years of experience across architecture, design, and project management, transforming creative concepts into clear, buildable realities. Her experience spans residential, commercial, and institutional projects, with a strong focus on design review, technical coordination, documentation, and execution.

With an architectural mindset and a refined understanding of materials, detailing, and spatial composition, she bridges the creative and technical sides of each project. At Inside Out Interiors, Noora oversees project delivery from concept through execution, ensuring that design intent, functionality, quality, and practical implementation remain aligned at every stage.

Redha Aljeshi

Project Execution Manager

Redha focuses on turning design intent into an organised, buildable reality. Combining interior design knowledge with hands-on project coordination, he understands both the creative decisions behind a space and the practical requirements needed to deliver it successfully.

From design development and technical coordination to site follow-up and execution, Redha works closely across the project team to keep quality, timelines, and design intent aligned. His structured approach and attention to detail help ensure a smooth transition from approved concept to completed space.

Sabeeka Khalid

Interior Designer

Sabeeka develops design concepts through a thoughtful understanding of space, function, and the people who use it. Her approach balances creativity with practicality, ensuring that each design decision contributes to both the character and performance of the space.

Working across concept development, space planning, material selection, and design detailing, she helps translate client needs into cohesive interior solutions where aesthetics, functionality, and experience work naturally together.
